Absolutely No Smoking allowed in this unit. Pets are NOT permitted.
All reservations require a security deposit. A separate check in the amount of $200.00 for the security deposit, at time of reservation. This check will be voided and returned to you upon inspection of the property, provided there are no damages.
At time of reservation, half of full amount is due within 5 days to hold reservation. No cancellations allowed within 2 weeks of rental period. Full payment is due within 1 week of rental dates. We have the right to charge all cancellations.
